At Online Carpets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new flooring isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Carpet

  Ensure the carpet is rolled tightly and secured in its original protective plastic packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized couriers to pick up the item directly from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
