Do you offer free carpet samples?
Yes, we provide up to three free samples so you can see and feel the quality and color of our carpets in your own home before making a purchase.
How do I calculate how much carpet I need to order?
We recommend measuring the maximum length and width of your room and adding 10cm to each dimension for cutting and trimming. Our online calculator can assist you on each product page.
What are your delivery times and costs?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
Can I return my carpet if I change my mind?
Unopened and uncut stock items can be returned within 30 days. Please note that custom-cut carpets are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Which underlay should I choose for my new carpet?
The right underlay depends on your room's usage. We recommend a high-density foam underlay for lounges for extra comfort, and a firmer felt underlay for high-traffic areas like stairs.
Is your carpet suitable for underfloor heating?
Many of our carpets are compatible with underfloor heating. Look for the 'TOG rating' in the product specifications; a combined carpet and underlay rating of 2.5 TOG or less is generally recommended.
